A shared calendar for divorced parents — one place, two homes
After a separation, the children’s week lives in two houses, two phones and a lot of screenshots. Co-Parenting Harmony puts the custody pattern, school dates, work shifts, handovers and shared costs in one calm calendar that both parents can see — while your personal plans stay private.
14-day free trial of the whole app · one subscription for both households · no card needed to begin
Your pattern, laid out
Week on week off, 2-2-3, alternating weekends or something homemade — set it once and the calendar fills itself in, including handover times you choose.
Private by default where it matters
Mark anything private and the other home sees only “Busy”. Sharing a calendar does not mean sharing your life.
Changes without the argument
Need to swap a weekend? Send a proposal. They accept, decline or suggest another time — and the calendar updates itself once you agree.
Costs recorded, not chased
Log school shoes or a club fee, split it across the adults you choose, and each person marks their own share settled. No money moves through the app.
Inviting the other parent, step by step
- 1. Set up your side first. Add the children, choose your custody pattern and let the UK school term dates drop in. Ten minutes, on your own, no conversation needed.
- 2. Send one invitation link. The other parent joins their own account in the same family group — they never need your password and they never see your private entries.
- 3. Agree changes as proposals. Swaps, holidays and extra nights are suggested, then accepted, declined or countered. The calendar only moves when you both agree.
- 4. Add partners if it helps. A current partner or step-parent doing the school run can be invited too, with their own permissions.
Common questions
Does the other parent have to join for this to be useful?
No. Plenty of parents set up the pattern, the school dates and their own week first, and it is already easier to see. When you invite the other parent they see the shared picture from day one — and if they never join, nothing you have built is wasted.
How do I invite the other parent without it becoming an argument?
You send one link, and it arrives as an invitation to a calendar rather than a demand. Keep the first message short: “I've put our pattern and the school dates in one calendar so we both stop guessing — here's the link.” Nothing they do in the app is public, and every change to shared time goes through a proposal you both see.
Can they see my personal life?
Only what you choose. Mark an event private and the other household sees “Busy” with no title, no location and no notes. New partners, dates, holidays and appointments stay yours.
Does the other parent need to pay?
No. One subscription covers the whole family: Harmony at £9.99 / month after a 14-day free trial of the full app. Both households, plus any partners you invite, get the same features.
Is this for court?
No. There is no chat, no call recording and nothing described as certified or tamper-proof. It is a calm everyday coordination tool, and it works best where both parents want the week to run smoothly.
