Co-Parenting Harmony

Terms of Service

Last updated 25 August 2026 · My Harmony Hub

These terms are the agreement between you and My Harmony Hub for your use of Co-Parenting Harmony. By creating an account you accept them.

Who we are

Co-Parenting Harmony is operated by My Harmony Hub. . Contact support@myharmonyhub.app.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or over to hold an account, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
  • The information you give us must be accurate, and you must have the authority to add the family details you enter.
  • The family organiser controls who is invited to a family group and what each adult can see.

Free trial, plans and payment

  • Every new family gets a 14-day free trial of the full app. No card is required to begin.
  • When the trial ends you choose a paid plan to keep using the coordination features. Family and Settings remain accessible so you can retrieve your information.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in GBP by Stripe. Prices shown on the pricing page include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • One subscription covers every adult in that family group.

See the pricing page for current plans.

Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Cancelling during the trial ends the trial and no charge is taken.
  • As this is digital content supplied immediately, statutory 14-day cancellation rights end once you start using the paid service — but if something has gone wrong, contact us and we will deal with it fairly.

Acceptable use

  • Use Co-Parenting Harmony only for coordinating your own family's arrangements.
  • Do not upload unlawful, abusive or harassing content, or content about people who have not agreed to be in your family group.
  • Do not attempt to access another family's data, probe our security, scrape the service or resell access.
  • We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts other users at risk.

What the service is not

Co-Parenting Harmony is an everyday planning tool. It is not a legal record, an evidence or certified-communication service, a court reporting system, a safeguarding service, or a way to move money. The family log and expense records are informal coordination records only, and marking an expense settled records a fact — it does not process a payment.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and improving, but we may change, add or retire features. We will not make a material reduction to a paid feature without telling you first. Occasional maintenance or third-party outages may interrupt access.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for arrangements you make or miss based on information entered by you or another adult in your family. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Where liability can be limited, it is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and our Cookie Policy covers the small number of cookies we set.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If we change these terms we will publish the updated version here and, for material changes, notify you in advance.
