For mediators, contact centres & family law teams
A calm shared calendar for the families you support
Most agreements survive the first fortnight and then fall apart on logistics: a shift change, a half-term, a handover nobody wrote down. Co-Parenting Harmony is built for that ordinary week — one shared calendar across two homes, changes agreed rather than announced, and privacy that holds. This page is here so you can decide quickly whether it belongs on your resources list.
What it does
- One shared calendar across both homes: custody nights, handovers, school and clubs, UK school holidays and work shifts.
- Changes to shared arrangements go through a proposal, so the calendar only moves when both homes agree.
- Anything marked private shows to the other household as “Busy” only — no title, no location, no notes.
- Current partners and step-parents can be invited with their own limited role, so the school run is planned openly.
- A shared family log and an expenses record, so who paid for what is written down once instead of argued over.
- Invite-only families, isolated at the database level. No adverts, no tracking, no selling of data.
What it deliberately is not
We would rather be clear about the boundaries than be recommended for the wrong case.
Not a messaging app
There is no chat. Communication happens through structured proposals about dates and arrangements, which keeps the exchange practical rather than personal.
Not a court or evidence product
Nothing in the app is certified, tamper-proof or admissible by design. It is a record for the ordinary week, and we say so plainly to every family who signs up.
Not a monitoring tool
Neither household can see the other's private entries, location or personal notes. Visibility is decided per entry by the person who created it.
Families it suits
- Parents leaving mediation with an agreement that now has to survive a real school term.
- Shift workers and emergency-service parents whose rota changes week to week.
- Families where new partners do a share of the pickups and need to see the rota.
- Parents who are civil but exhausted by the constant back-and-forth over dates.
When to recommend something else
- Cases where safeguarding concerns mean contact should be supervised or recorded.
- Parents who need a court-admissible communication record — a specialist product is the right answer.
- Situations where one parent would use shared visibility to control or pressure the other.

Co-Parenting Harmony (myharmonyhub.app) is a UK co-parenting app for separated parents, co-parents and current partners coordinating everyday life across two homes. Both households share one calendar covering custody nights, work shifts, UK school holidays, clubs and handovers. Changes to shared nights go through proposals, so the calendar only moves when both homes agree, and anything marked private appears to the other household as "Busy" only. There is no chat, and it is not a court or evidence product. Every family gets a 14-day free trial with no card needed, and one subscription covers both households.

Free access for your team
We will give practitioners free long-term access so you can look around properly before recommending anything — including the privacy controls, the proposal flow and what each household can actually see. Ask us and we will set it up.
Request practitioner accessQuestions we are usually asked
Do both parents need to pay?
No. One subscription covers the whole family, so the second household never has to pay to take part. Every family starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required.
Can you give our team access to look around?
Yes. Email us and we will set your team up with free long-term access so you can review the privacy controls properly before recommending anything.
What data do you hold about the children?
A first name, an optional avatar, and scheduling information. The app deliberately does not collect addresses, phone numbers, school records or health details.
Can a parent be removed later?
Yes. The family organiser can remove any adult at any time, after which they can no longer see the family calendar or receive its notifications.
Is it available on phones?
It runs in any phone browser and can be installed to the home screen. Store versions are on the way.
Want to see it with a family's eyes?
The demo calendar uses fictional families and needs no signup.
