For separated parents, co-parents & partners

The calm co-parenting app for UK families

The difference in one week

Right now

  • Screenshots of the rota in three different chats
  • “Whose weekend is it?” at 9pm on a Friday
  • Shifts and school dates in separate apps
  • Date nights that never quite get booked

With Co-Parenting Harmony

  • One shared calendar both homes can trust
  • Tonight’s carer and the next handover on the dashboard
  • Work shifts, school and holidays layered together
  • Free evenings suggested for you

How it works

You can do all of this on your own first — the other household only sees the calendar once you invite them.

  1. Step 1

    Create your family

Set up your group, add the children and invite the co-parent and partners.

  2. Step 2

    Share the schedule

Custody, work shifts, school, appointments and holidays in one shared calendar.

  3. Step 3

    Make proposals

Suggest a date night, childcare swap or family day — accepted plans become events.

Why families love it

Fewer difficult messages

Propose a swap or a date night in a tap. The other adult accepts, declines or suggests another time — no long negotiations.

Handovers you can trust

Everyone sees who has the children tonight, where the next handover is and what changed.

Time you didn’t know you had

Co-Parenting Harmony spots child-free evenings, swap opportunities and shared openings across both homes.

Privacy that respects adults

Mark anything private and other adults only ever see “Busy”. New relationships and personal plans stay yours.

Privacy first, always

Your family’s information is only ever visible to the adults you invite. Every entry can be marked private, so others see “Busy” and nothing more. We ask for the minimum about children — a first name and light scheduling notes — and never anything sensitive.

One simple plan per family

The organiser subscribes once and every adult in the family group gets the same features. Cancel any time — you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

Questions parents ask first

Do I need my co-parent to sign up first?

No. You can set up your family, add the children and build the schedule on your own. Invite the other household whenever you are ready — nothing is shared until you do.

What if my co-parent refuses to use an app?

Co-Parenting Harmony still works for one household. You keep the custody rota, work shifts and handovers in one place, and can export dates to Google, Apple or Outlook calendars.

Can the other parent see everything in my diary?

Only what you choose. Any entry can be marked private, and other adults then see “Busy” with no details. We never reveal private entries, even when suggesting shared free time.

Do I need a card to start?

No card is needed for the 14-day free trial. If you decide not to continue, your family, children and events stay exactly as they are and Family and Settings remain open.

Is this suitable for court or legal use?

Co-Parenting Harmony is a calm planning tool for everyday coordination — schedules, handovers and proposals. It is not a legal record-keeping or evidence service.
