Co-Parenting Harmony for iPhone
The calm shared calendar for UK families coordinating everyday life across two homes. Custody nights, work shifts, school holidays and handovers in one agreed week — with anything private shown to the other household only as “Busy”.
The iPhone version is with Apple for review. Until it appears in the App Store you can use the same account in your phone’s browser, and your subscription carries over.

Our hands-on review
Written by us, the team that makes the app, after using it with a fictional two-home family through a full term. It is an honest write-up rather than a customer review — App Store ratings from real families will appear on the listing itself once it is live.
Setting it up takes about ten minutes
You add the children, pick a custody pattern once, and the nights fill themselves in for the months ahead. Inviting the other household is a single link, and they only ever see the family you invited them to.
The privacy control is the part that changes conversations
Any entry can be marked private. The other household sees a block labelled “Busy” with no title, no place and no detail — enough to plan around, nothing to argue about. That is the difference between this and a plain shared calendar.
Proposals do the awkward part for you
Asking to swap a weekend by message invites a debate. Sending a proposal gives one clear question with accept, decline or suggest another time, and whatever is agreed lands in both calendars automatically.
Shift work is treated properly
A shift is its own category rather than an ordinary event, so a rota sits beside the custody pattern instead of burying it. Availability then reflects both.
Where it will frustrate you
There is no chat, no calls and no location sharing, which is deliberate but means you still message elsewhere. It is not certified or tamper-proof evidence and it is not a court communication system, so if a solicitor has asked for a monitored record, this is not that tool. And one household has to be willing to use it — no app fixes a co-parent who will not open it.
Verdict
If you coordinate two homes and the friction is diaries rather than disputes, it earns its keep inside the first fortnight — which is free, so you can find out before paying.
What is in the app
- One shared calendar with day, week and month views
- Custody patterns: week-on/week-off, 2-2-3, alternating weekends
- UK school holidays by nation, with a fair split planner
- Handover windows with a reminder before each one
- Proposals: suggest a swap and let the other home accept or decline
- Availability, so you can see who is genuinely free before asking
- Shared expenses recorded and split — no money moves through the app
- Family log for everyday updates both homes can read
- Notifications for invitations, replies, handovers and changes
- Export to Apple Calendar or Google Calendar
Price after the free trial
Every family gets 14 days of the full app. One subscription then covers the whole family group — both households and any invited partners.

What it deliberately does not do
- No chat, calls or location sharing.
- No certified or tamper-proof evidence, and no court communication system. It keeps an everyday record of what you agreed, which is a different thing.
- No legal advice. For that, speak to a solicitor or a mediator.
- No money changes hands: expenses are recorded and split, never paid, in the app.
